Over coffee and danish (juice and milk for the kids!), talk to your hearts content to end winter blues and kick in the summer! 3-Jul-2009 9:00PM LIGHTING OF THE SHORES Manchaug Pond Shoreline. The lighting of flares is an annual tradition begun way back when... Purchase your flares at cost from the MPA through your Area Representative or at the local campground store at the Old Holbrook’s Place and King’s Campground. Cost $3.00 a each or 2 for $5.00. 22-Aug-2009 Saturday 10:30AM ANNUAL MEETING at 10:30 AM & PICNIC at NOON at Camp Blanchard YMCA on Manchaug Road. MPA business meeting with speaker will begin at 10:30 a.m. followed by our traditional picnic of hotdogs, hamburgers, corn on the cob, tomatoes and cucumbers, and those delicious Helen’s Bakery brownies! Meal prices $5/Adults, $2/Children payable at lunch time.
